At the same time, to provide students with more opportunities to get guidance from teachers and improve the quality of their works, the college will hold various practical competitions to help students improve their professional skills.

After the screening of each work, two judges commented on the video works, gave professional opinions and pointed out deficiencies. In their comments, the judges encouraged the vitality and innovation of the students' works, affirmed the level of the works from the horizontal comparison with other universities, but also pointed out the flaws of each team in shooting techniques, post-editing, depth of thinking, hidden positions, documentary and other aspects. The judges' comments provided the creators with a perspective to analyze their works and pointed out the direction of improvement. Every audience can be inspired and gain something from this screening.

Feng Wenjian, one of the creators of "I really don't want to stay up late", shared his feelings after the screening: This screening activity shows the learning results of our students majoring in media in audio-visual language, and also provides us with an opportunity to exchange and learn. More importantly, after watching some of the short films, I began to think about some areas that I had not paid attention to before. As a student majoring in media, it's important that we take this opportunity to tell stories that are not known but worth telling to the audience.
